About Rosanne Foust

Rosanne Foust is Vice President of SAMCEDA, San Mateo County Economic Development Association and Past Mayor, City of Redwood City.  Rosanne served as Chairman of the Chamber Board in 2003, and has served as Deputy Chair for the last three years.

Foust is a 2000 graduate of Leadership Redwood City/Belmont/San Carlos and has been honored as Chamber Person of the Year in 2009, and also one of the Most Influential Business Woman in the Bay Area in 2009 by the San Francisco Business Times. She received the Business Woman of the Year award from the Redwood City-San Mateo County Chamber of Commerce in 2002.

Foust received her Masters Degree in Public Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies and Economics from Stonehill College in Massachusetts.

Foust lives in Redwood City with her husband, Jim, and two daughters.
